Hi, I’m jaimee-jo.
From a little girl with her Grammy in the kitchen, to a culinary student aspiring to be the next Top Chef, fast forward to now a mother and partner wanting to provide only the best (yes, even with our guilty pleasures!) for my family. The kitchen has always been a special place for me. I believe I was put on this Earth to help people, and one of my favorite ways to do this is through food. Whether we are celebrating, grieving/healing, or simply nourishing our bodies, the food we choose has a major impact in every occasion.
Growing up, my grandmother instilled an unspoken philosophy in me that I carry with me every day; everyone at our table is family. This has become the motto of my business and my life. Every love and effort I pour into my family, I pour into yours, too. Take a bite and you’ll taste the difference!
With The Family Table Kitchen and Bakery, I hope to not only nourish souls and bodies with delicious, healthy, and whole meals and treats, but to inspire others to make small and steady changes in their lives for whole, unprocessed, chemical free foods. Our society makes it all too easy for us to consume crud disguised as food and even go so far as to trick us to make us believe it’s “yummy” and “just as good as homemade”. From cheap and convenient, I get it. It’s easy. But GOOD things, REAL things, take a little time and work sometimes. So, if you don’t have the time, allow me! If you do have the time, but maybe don’t have the know how or inspiration, ask me!
